Hanoi’s record breaking mosaic mural celebrates the city’s 1,000 year anniversary

The Hanoi’s HCM Communist Youth Union, Department of Construction and the Hanoi Urban Environment One Member Limited Company (URENCO) jointly launched a day of cleaning up the “Hanoi Ceramic Mural road along the Red River” on May 8th.
1,500 youths and students from colleges, universities and companies in Hanoi and workers of the URENCO were working in groups to clean the 3.8km long Ceramic Mural along the banks of the Red River...

To celebrate the 1,000 th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi, a ceramic mural project entitled “The Pottery Road along the Red River” proposed by painter Nguyen Thu Thuy was carried out on the cement dike wall on the city’s eastern side.
