The founder of the Hanoi Mural - Ms Nguyen Thu Thuy, occasionally has purchased one of the Paul's books in Hanoi. She was impressive with the contents of the book and thus, thanks to the helps from the friend-artist in London and the British Council in Hanoi (Vietnam), tried to invite Paul Scott to participate in the Hanoi Mural. Although he is busy with the exhibitions and the lesson in Europe and America, Paul Scott has accepted the invitation. He went to Hanoi and, with the assistance of the Vietnamese artists and artisans, has been created specifically for the Hanoi Mural a part of the blue ceramic with  the motif of the peach blossom, which is printed in a ceramic plate belonging to the Gustavsberg  Museum, near Stockholm (Sweden). Paul said: "This blue motif is similar to the Calico one, which is producing in the Burleigh , England".
